  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we'll take full responsibility. We'll arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you and cover all return shipping charges.
  • Important: To expedite processing, kindly capture a video or photo of the issue before returning the product.

• Change of Mind:

  • We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you simply want to return an item for a different size or style (excluding Boxer Shorts due to hygiene concerns), you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Note: If your pin code falls outside our standard courier service area, you'll need to self-ship the return. However, we'll happily reimburse you for return shipping costs of up to ₹100, provided the returned item(s) are defective or wrong.

Refund Policy

At Threadloom.in, we strive for a smooth return experience. For prepaid orders, your refund will be processed within 7 business days once we receive your return at our warehouse and complete a quality check of the product(s). The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Important Note:

• If your prepaid order used a discount coupon, the value of the coupon will be refunded as a coupon code for future purchases. The remaining amount will be refunded through your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

For COD orders, you'll receive a coupon code via your registered email address or phone number within 48 hours of your return reaching our warehouse and passing a quality check. This coupon code will be equivalent to the full value of your original order.

Cancellation:
